Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from the University of Aarhus (DK) followed by postdoctoral training at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (D) and a position as Ramón y Cajal researcher at the IRB (ES). Principal Investigator at the CABD since 2007 and holding a permanent position as CSIC Investigador Científico. His research focuses on dynamics of nuclear organisation in development and disease, employing a variety of omics methods.
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, made his post-doc at the European Bioinformatics Institute. Since then, he developed a bioinformatic research career at prestigious institutes such as the CNB, CNIO, or the IMPPC, and contributed to more than 30 articles. He started providing bioinformatics services, first at the Genomic and Bioinfomatics Platform of Andalusia, and then at the IBIS and as a private consultant. He joined the Unit on 2019
